Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24hrs (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

United Kingdom:

  • £2.99 Standard delivery (2-4 working days). Free standard delivery when you spend £30 or more.
  • £5.99 Express (1-3 working days)

Europe: from £9.99 (full rates available at checkout). Please note that we do not ship to the EU.

Canada: from £19.99 (full rates available at checkout).

United States: Currently unavailable

Rest of the World: Currently unavailable

Deliveries to non-UK addresses may also be subject to a customs fee on arrival, payable by the recipient. All delivery options and prices are calculated at checkout.

We use a range of tracked delivery methods to get your items to you the quickest and safest way possible. Noted above are our delivery prices and estimated timescales. Estimated delivery timescales exclude weekends, bank holidays and public holidays, however, this depends on your local delivery service. Orders shipped to non-UK addresses may be subject to duties and taxes, payable by the recipient.

For the safety of your goods, parcels will require a signature on receipt. If you are not available at the delivery address to accept your parcel, the carrier may return the parcel to the local depot and leave a calling card to let you know that this has been done and how to arrange a redelivery/collection of your parcel.  Parcels which are not collected from the delivery office within the courier’s recommended number of days after a failed delivery attempt will be returned to us.

We reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee for a second delivery attempt. Orders shipped to non-UK addresses may be subject to duties and taxes.
