Refund policy

If you change your mind about an item you have received, you may return it in its original full packaging within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, provided it is unused. You must also return any free items that may have been sent to you. Failure to return any additional items will result in a reduction in the refund of your item, based on the website RRP of the free item when it was sent.

Please note gift-cards are non-returnable.

Faulty Items

Replacements for faulty items will be sent out free of charge, upon receipt and inspection of the original returned item.

How to Return

Please enclose a copy of your order confirmation email within the returns package and send the package to the address noted on your invoice.  If you are unable to locate this information, please contact us.

We recommend that a trackable delivery method is used to return the item(s) back to us. We cannot be held responsible for loss, theft or damage to items which are being returned.   Once we have received your return and it is inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item, and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method 14 working days.  Refunds can only be returned via the original payment method. We regret that we are unable to refund the original delivery fee.

A fee of 25% of the total order will be retained in instances where returned items appear used or where the full packaging is missing.
